Acknowledgement

  1. In accordance with UPPS 04.01.01, Advancement Services is responsible for protecting sensitive and confidential information. Currently, the University approved email distribution software is Microsoft Outlook utilizing the Mail Merge function—with an exception to products that have been submitted and reviewed by the Information Security office. It is the responsibility of all Texas State University authorized data users to use only University approved resources and software.
     

  2. Constituent lists should be updated within two weeks of the intended use date to ensure current communication preferences and contact information is included.
     

  3. I will not share data with any entity outside of Texas State University. UPPS 03.05.02
