Philanthropy Week is your chance to experience the impact of generosity at Texas State — and to be part of it.
All week long, TXST students, faculty, and staff are invited to join in fun activities, giveaways, and moments of gratitude that highlight how donors help shape our campus experience.
Whether you're exploring the new Philanthropy Trail, writing a quick thank you card, or joining Step Up for State, there’s something meaningful (and enjoyable!) for every Bobcat.
PHILANTHROPY TRAIL 🐾

San Marcos & Round Rock Campuses
Take a self-guided stroll through campus and discover how philanthropy shows up in the places you love.
- Takes 30 seconds at each stop.
- Learn something new about your campus.
- Score entries toward exclusive prizes.
- Explore at your own pace.
Spot the philanthropy trail on paw prints around select campus locations, scan the QR code, and answer a quick question—each one gives you a raffle entry for exclusive TXST swag.

Show love to TXST donors who help fund scholarships, programs, spaces, and opportunities across campus. Write two thank you cards, turn them in, and walk away with:
- A Grateful Bobcats t-shirt.
- Two slices of pizza.
- Stickers and Mini Boko plushies.
Participate at either campus event anytime between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We'll be outside of the Avery Building on the Round Rock campus and in the middle of the Quad on the San Marcos campus.
